In order to improve the construction of the company's talent echelon, fill the supply and demand deficit of applied technology talents, and deliver more complete and professional applied technology service teams to various regions, under the high attention of the group's chairman and president, and in the group's application technology center, human resources center and engineering With the close cooperation of the company, Hongyuan Waterproof Group has officially launched the training of application technology reserve engineers since 2017, on May 10, 2017, the first training course was officially launched in Hongyuan Business School, with a total of 27 students participating in the training.
The training plan for application technology reserve engineers is divided into four training stages, five levels of reserve engineers and two batches of reserve training talents. The specific training implementation plan includes professional knowledge training, technical practice training, post experience and other contents, which will be gradually implemented in the later period according to the plan.
From May 10 to 16, 2017, the first phase of the first phase of the centralized training course, the training content mainly includes "choose Hongyuan" and "detailed explanation of product knowledge and production process specifications". The students fully learned the company's corporate culture and product knowledge, and under the guidance of the lecturer, they visited and learned all kinds of product production process specifications in detail, which laid a good foundation for the professional training of applied technology and the improvement of students' later work.
At the same time, the training class implements a strict elimination system. Taking this training as an example, a total of four acceptance examinations are set up, namely, the "Select Hongyuan" course teaching exercise and the "Product Knowledge" course three written examinations. Finally, a total of 22 trainees passed the examination and successfully entered the next training stage.
The training of applied technology reserve engineers is the core content of the company's talent echelon construction and an important part of the company's business iron triangle strategy.
