1. If it is difficult to determine or calculate the amount, a reward of 2000-50000 yuan will be given depending on the importance. Rewards are mainly cash and are distributed in a more confidential manner. If the whistleblower requests other rewards, the will of the whistleblower shall be the main one.
4. If the report is determined to be untrue after investigation, the company may not investigate the responsibility of the whistleblower; however, for personal purposes, retaliating against the normal performance of the duties, and confusing the management of the company, it is not within the scope of exemption.
5. If the company reports to the company and actively assists in the investigation of the informed personnel who participate in the violation of law and discipline, corruption, dereliction of duty and dereliction of duty, it will not be investigated or exempted from the investigation of disciplinary responsibility. If the company participates in disciplinary cases and causes major economic losses to the company, but can cooperate with the investigation, report others, take the initiative to return stolen goods or reduce the company's losses, it can be given a lighter, mitigated or exempted punishment; if the circumstances are relatively minor, the economic responsibility may not be investigated. Those who take acts of resistance in audit investigations, or fabricate false circumstances, provide false evidence, conceal or cover up the truth will be severely punished. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be handed over to judicial organs for handling.
