Hongyuan Waterproof Group South China Company's Third Quarter Full Work Summary Meeting Successfully Held

On October 14, 2017, the August-September work summary meeting of the South China Operation Center of Hongyuan Waterproof Group was successfully held. Zhang Wei, vice president of human resources of the group, Li Chunmei, assistant to the chairman, Yu Xuebin and Gao Jianlin, assistant to the president, Jin Zhongwen, vice president of strategy and general manager of South China Company, Zhou Jun, executive deputy general manager of South China Company, attended the meeting. All employees of South China Company attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Li Chunmei, assistant to the chairman of the group, first introduced to all employees the leaders at all levels of the group who came to South China Company to inspect and guide the work, and sent good wishes and expectations for the good performance and future development of South China Company.
Subsequently, Zhou Jun, executive deputy general manager of South China Company, made a report entitled "Summary of the Work of South China Operation Center in September and January-September 2017", inspecting and reporting the monthly work of all departments and employees of South China Company item by item. In his speech, Mr. Zhou stressed the importance of all departments and all employees to do a good job in daily work, operation and management, performance appraisal and strict implementation of various objectives and plans. He also made a systematic analysis and briefing on the market sales, performance indicators and other key work in the third quarter of 2017 and from January to September in South China, and praised the marketing team with outstanding performance and the sales and logistics staff with outstanding performance since this year. Finally, Zhou Zong also arranged and deployed the work target plan and specific requirements of South China Company for October 2017.
Jin Zhongwen, strategic vice president of Hongyuan Waterproof Group and general manager of South China Company, affirmed and praised the performance growth of South China Company in the first three quarters. Mr. Jin pointed out that the waterproof industry is developing rapidly. In a highly competitive market environment, the company's main goal is to promote sales growth and accelerate the management of accounts receivable recovery. Jin Zong, guided by the 12-character management policy of "strong channels, emphasis on strategy, excellent direct sales and large-scale construction" put forward by the board of directors of Hongyuan Group, gave clear guidance to each marketing team in laying and broadening the performance foundation through marketing management knowledge sharing, case display and interpretation of the company's sales management policy, and put forward the work objectives for the fourth quarter.

They gave a brief report and explanation on their respective work, their support and service to the marketing team since this year, especially the main work from August to September.
