Wang Jian said that in the first few years when he joined Hongyuan, the company's conditions are far from comparable to the present. Now Hongyuan's hardware, software and other aspects are very good, providing the greatest convenience for business personnel.
"In those days, we used to run the market on the '11 road' (that is, walking). At the end of the day, our legs were painful and swollen." Wang Jian said that more than a year in northern Jiangsu was the time when he spent the most on shoes and luggage case. "At that time, there were a lot of materials that needed to be prepared to meet customers. They were all put in a trolley case. They lived in a hotel in 10 yuan a day. They only ate 2 bags of instant noodles a day, and the total cost was no more than 35 yuan a day. It is also common to eat only a few meals a day." Wang Jian said that he had traveled to five cities in one day in order to sign two contracts. From Xuzhou to Yancheng, then to Suqian, then to Lianyungang, then to a county in Xiamen, and then back to Lianyungang from the county. From 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., he was either in the car or walking. "Compared with that year, the conditions created by the company are very good. There are cars for travel, hotels for accommodation, and business personnel should work hard to create performance." Wang Jian said.
After paying beyond imagination, the harvest is also beyond imagination. In more than a year, Wang Jian tripled the performance of the five cities in northern Jiangsu. At the beginning of 2011, Wang Jian was transferred to Yanwei area in Shandong Province. There, he established a complete sales system, each county-level city has a good agent, and the relationship with customers is very good, and the performance has changed from 22 million to 63 million.

The most difficult to open up the market, he once again ranked first
Once, the development of Henan market was a big problem for Hongyuan, but with the further improvement of Hongyuan's national strategic layout, the conquering of Henan market has become a compulsory course. On October 6, 2014, Wang Jian was ordered to embark on a journey to Henan.
"In fact, I have considered this decision for a long time and have hesitated." Wang Jian said that after the company executives discussed the matter with him, he considered for a month, whether to maintain the existing stability or go to a strange city to start working again. That year Wang Jian was nearly over, but the resilience and gratitude of Hongyuan people into his bones made him make up his mind to go to Henan. "My temperament is that if I don't do it, I will do it. If I want to do it, I must make achievements and do the best. No matter how many difficulties I have encountered in the development of Henan market before, I will overcome them one by one."
After arriving in Henan, his ambition was first poured cold water-the gap in office conditions and personnel quality was beyond his expectation. The local air quality can not be compared with the Yanwei region, and the frequent smog makes Wang Jian very uncomfortable. "At that time, there was a feeling that I couldn't stand it. I went back to Shandong for 2 days and thought a lot, and then I came back to adjust my mentality. I must make Henan's performance look like."

After agreeing with the chairman and president on the strategy of "high-profile entry into Henan", Wang Jian set out to find a new office location, recruit talents, and visit various associations, chambers of commerce and other organizations in Henan Province one by one, laying a solid foundation for Hongyuan to penetrate the Henan market. With Wang Jian's efforts, Henan's performance in 2015 increased by 47% compared with 2014.
"It was not smooth sailing during this period. There were too many difficulties. I thought I was the kind of person who was tough and never flinched when things went wrong, but it completely collapsed in the summer of 2015. A person blew a night's wind by the Yellow River. Fortunately, the president encouraged me in time to achieve today's results." Wang Jian said that on the day when he was most depressed, he sent a message to the president and chatted for a while. The president finally told him to go back to sleep and think about work after waking up. "But when I wake up, I feel like I 've come so far, how can I back off now!" Since then, Wang Jian has never felt depressed again, and has been playing steadily step by step. The sales volume in the first quarter of 2016 once again handed in a beautiful answer, and the sales volume was among the best in all districts of the country.
"We don't sell products, we sell emotions"
After 7 years of employment, he has created sales myths again and again. The 41-year-old Wang Jian has his own unique insights.
"A simple sales relationship doesn't make people understand Hongyuan, let alone the quality of Hongyuan's team, but friends and relatives are different. Only by treating customers as their relatives and friends and putting themselves in their shoes can we gain their trust. To a large extent, what we sell is not products, but feelings." Wang Jian said that all the customers he has contacted since he joined the company have become friends. It has been a year and a half since he was no longer in charge of Yanwei area. However, many local customers still keep in touch with him at regular intervals and will get together when they have the opportunity to go to each other's places.

"In addition to my working relationship with my clients, I am also their waterproof consultant." Wang Jian said that to do sales is not only to sell products, but also to have excellent quality, to understand products and technology. It is very hard to be his employee and he has gained a lot at the same time. He now attaches great importance to the cultivation of comprehensive quality in the training of employees in Henan District, and technical training is also a compulsory course for every regular meeting.
As a regional manager who is "very good at leading troops", Wang Jian said that most of the sales team are young people. To lead them well, they must learn to use the methods they can accept. Therefore, he can play and communicate in the ways that the post-90s and post-85s young people like, so that communication is more convenient and the work cooperation is more tacit. "I'm looking forward to their early growth and being on their own. Earlier, everyone in the team I led in Yanwei area became an excellent talent, and now there are still people who have been entrusted with important tasks. I'm especially happy to hear that."
