From January 25 to 27, 2021, the Technical Support Department of Hongyuan Waterproof Guangdong Production Base organized on-the-job skills training, inviting the technical elites of the department to share testing knowledge and experience and explore new training models.
The purpose of this training is to further adapt to the needs of modern enterprise quality management, effectively improve the knowledge reserve and skill level of testing personnel, and provide reliable and effective quality data support for the goal of "innovation leading, lean production and intelligent manufacturing, and building an international first-class digital chemical plant" proposed by the group's production and manufacturing center in 2021.
Yang Dongliang, director of the technical support department of Guangdong production base, explained the coil process production and key spot checks. Sun Xiaohui, deputy director of the technical support department, presided over the training and combined with actual cases, taught the common testing methods of waterproof coiled materials, spot checks on common quality defects of products, data processing and related product implementation standards, etc. Zhang Qiangsheng, a paint technologist from the Technical Support Department, explained the production of paint technology and key monitoring points; deng Xiaomei, the backbone of the technical support department, conducted practical training on relevant product testing skills.
The inspector is the magistrate of the product, the gatekeeper of quality, and the final quality line of defense. Professional skills are the core ability of testing personnel, which is directly related to the prediction of product quality. In line with the working policy of "science, fairness, accuracy and efficiency", the technical support department of Guangdong production base has honed the testing skills to consolidate its own foundation for promoting the continuous improvement of Hongyuan quality.
