In the golden autumn of October, Hongyuan Waterproof Manufacturing Center continued to promote lean production projects in various production bases.
The lean production management department of the group and the production bases, in collaboration with consultants, continue to dig deep into the actual problems of each production base on the basis of ensuring the progress of the project, and carry out lean activities focusing on improving the production site, improving management skills and solving practical problems.
On the basis of AM1, Shandong production base has carried out in-depth AM2-AM3, and all production workshops have actively participated in it. According to the implementation plan, Shandong production base has actively carried out activities of continuous cleaning and perfecting six source improvement points. Mr. Yan Jinlong carried out the initial SPC training and practical application for R & D technicians to improve the data analysis skills of R & D technicians and enhance the R & D technology foundation.
Jiangsu production base has carried out in-depth 5S, TPM and team meeting activities. At the same time, various departments and workshops have carried out mobile red flag appraisal, which has enhanced the enthusiasm of personnel in various departments and the sense of honor of the group. The production site and working environment have been significantly improved and improved.
The Guangdong production base has continuously improved the on-site visual identification and comprehensively upgraded the production site. Each implementation team went deep into the factory area, found problems, organized on-site reports, and issued mobile red flags to improve the winning departments, so that the concept of improvement quickly took root in the thoughts of employees.
Jilin production base actively and regularly carries out reports from various groups, while the heads of various departments go deep into the workshop to find problems and urge rectification in a timely manner. The Jilin production base not only ensures the successful trial production of the new line, but also ensures the continuous promotion of lean production.
During the activity, Hongyuan Waterproof Production and Manufacturing Center and various production bases continuously carried out self-summary, forming their own improvement case sets, cleaning reports, etc. There were more than 1,000 on-site improvement points and fruitful results were achieved.
