At the beginning of the meeting, Chen Lin, manager of the applied technology department, further publicized the training spirit. He pointed out that whether the proofing personnel are accurate in operation and whether they are skilled and meticulous plays a decisive factor in the quality of engineering proofing, which must be attached great importance. This training is divided into 4 groups to be carried out simultaneously, and each group is equipped with professional proofing personnel of the technical department to carry out practical operations. This project proofing training has carried out a total of 6 topics, covering 6 common construction methods such as pre-laying method, wet laying method and hot melt method, involving 8 materials such as non-asphalt-based self-adhesive film, SBS, rapid reaction adhesive, polyurethane, etc.
During the training process, the sales colleagues also took part in the battle under the guidance of the technicians. The members worked hard and helped each other. They also launched several group competitions, which truly interpreted the craftsmanship spirit of Hongyuan elites who dared to challenge and compete for the first place.
