At ten o'clock in the evening,A colleague sent a message to confirm the work with me. Seeing that he was still working so late, thinking that there was still some time before the deadline, he advised him to do it again tomorrow. He said that he originally wanted to finish it ahead of schedule tonight, but new ideas came out in the process of doing it, and he was thinking about the effect of the new ideas. The new ideas made him very excited and motivated, not only not sleepy but also full of energy.
I suddenly thought of a word, it is more appropriate to put it on Hongyuan people-which Hongyuan people have never seen the moon at 1: 00, 2: 00, 3: 00 or 4: 00 in the morning?!
Because the work content needs to deal with many departments, colleagues in R & D, quality inspection, production, engineering or sales in almost every region have replied to the work information I sent during the day in the middle of the night.

The production line runs 24 hours a day, so the night shift of the production system is normal. The raw materials that arrive at the production base late at night can always make the R & D and quality inspection colleagues get up from the bed immediately no matter what time. No matter what time the customer asked for the goods in a hurry to be loaded and delivered in the morning, Hongyuan people never delayed. Because colleagues in the project need to upload photos of the work progress to app, there are all kinds of construction scenes under the moonlight. It is not surprising that sales colleagues travel around two cities a day, wearing stars and months, and have been on the road.

Hongyuan's tradition is that the management leads by example. I think the management has seen the moon at midnight the most. What they carry is the hope of 1800 Hongyuan people and the future of 1800 Hongyuan families. They never slack off, and they are used to taking the initiative.
Before the Spring Festival, I had a lot of communication with Chen Junhua, deputy director of production and operation. Several times I woke up in the morning and found that WeChat had not read the materials he sent. What impressed me most was the material sent at 2:41 a.m. I replied that I could send it the next day. He replied a long time later that he was afraid that I would be in a hurry, and he had to catch a plane early in the morning before arriving at his destination.
Once I left relatively late to coincide with the company's policy research period, Hongyuan's executives were still in a meeting, and the president was among them. A colleague told me that they have been studying for several days, and one day they almost stayed up all night. This is the case in every case.
Hongyuan never encourages overtime or asks employees to do more, but there are always many people who are willing to make the work at hand more perfect and take the initiative to delve into it. Among them, there are young people who have just graduated, the backbone of the department who have worked for many years, and the mainstay who are not confused. A sense of responsibility makes them take the initiative to take it, and a passion makes them turn an ordinary job into their own career.
Environmental impact on people, it is Hongyuan's top-down corporate atmosphere, which is positive, proactive, and learning, that makes everyone in it willing to take the initiative to struggle.
Remembering the "micro-innovation" activity proposed by the president a few years ago, everyone in Hongyuan has done what they are doing, making a little progress, gathering sand into a tower, and Hongyuan's progress is a big step. This may be the reason why this small factory that started in Lubei Township can develop into the top three industry leaders in the country.
Loving a career is like loving a person with all your heart and making all your efforts for it!
Hongyuan people, I am proud of you!
