From January 16 to 18, 2018, Hongyuan Waterproof Certification Center invited Mr. Pang, a senior expert in the industry, to give special training to managers and key personnel of various departments of Hongyuan on quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health management system, etc.
The purpose of this management system training is to further consolidate the system construction work, improve the quality of enterprise internal auditors, improve the level of enterprise management, and strengthen the construction of internal auditor team. The training is carried out around the new standards of the three systems, interspersed with exercise exercises, exercise discussions and teachers' comments, from shallow to deep, layer by layer, to further improve the internal auditor's understanding, understanding and application ability of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management standards.
Mr. Pang focused on the differences in the assessment clauses in the new and old standards of the three management systems of quality, environment and safety. He used causal logic to interpret the responsibilities of various departments in the new standard according to the whole process of enterprise operation, and how to define quantitative and qualitative assessment indicators according to the working characteristics of departments. How to improve the effectiveness of management around people, machines, materials, methods and environment in the process of production management, reduce the energy consumption and environmental pollution in the production process, such as paying attention to and implementing the occupational health of employees.
This training has more clearly defined the relationship between the three management systems. Although the assessment contents are different, the management objectives are the same, all of which act on the whole process of enterprise operation, and realize the continuous improvement of the management system through PDCA cycle mode.
After the training, the students were answered in the examination paper, which further consolidated their understanding and mastery of knowledge and achieved good training results.
